Unfortunately last night was just as restless as the previous night... except this morning it wasn't MY stomach that awoke me, it was hungry roommates attempting to microwave rice at 1:30 in the morning that jerked me awake; and I didn't fall back into sleep for quite some time afterwards. Sigh. I did get up on time though, had my usual pre-long run snack of 1/2 a wheat english muffin with 1/2 tbsp PB, 1 tsp jam, ran for 40 minutes and headed back.
It was a pretty good run, but I definately felt tired. The track was empty, however, so that was nice for once! I could focus on getting my run in, and getting back... no strength today, I'll try to encorporate some of that next week.
When I got back I showered and made myself my quick, no fuss standard breakfast of my pre-run snack's twin english muffin, 1 cup 1% cottage cheese and a nectarine.
Should keep me going for the morning at least.
I'm nervous (as usual) about my Kinesiology presentation, but I figure once it's done it's done, then I can head back to the dorm, grab my stuff, load the car and be off to lunch/grocery shopping with mom! Home tonight, I'm so excited "spring" break is finally here... lets hope it feels like spring. It's pretty mild today (40's) so the walk to class should be bearable =)
