I'm heading off to bed, but I figured I'd quickly post my treat before I headed to dream-land: SO Delicious Ice Cream Sandwich, Mint Flavor! Sooo good, SO delicious! Made with SOY and not dairy, it was great for my tummy, and my sweet tooth. It's also low fat, and only 150 calories! What could be better in a delicious non dairy ice cream treat? Definately one of my new faves =)
To get in some more fruit, I also snacked on a big bowl of fresh strawberries... mmm!
Bed time, tomorrow's posts will definately be LATE... I'm heading towards Boston for a concert with my Dad, and we're checking out some cool new vegetarian restaurants while we're up there, I'm super excited!
