I'm realllly glad I'm not working until 11 today, because I woke up to a major "whoops" time mistake... I had been thinking about, and talking about the time change yesterday, but failed to remember to actually change my clock before bed... so I ended up waking up an HOUR LATER than I had expected to! Ahh! So now I'm a bit rushed, I'm going to go for a quick run then shower before work...
For breakfast I had a big smoothie to get my fruit/dairy in- frozen mango and blueberry (1/2 c each), some pineapple (about 1/4 cup), 1 big banana, as well as 1/2 cup stonyfield organic french vanilla yogurt and 1/2 cup fat free milk (I usually use soy, we had this leftover). It was much more "drink like" (not as thick) than my usual smoothies, but very flavorful and tropical!
(Just for reference, this smoothie was ~380 kcals)
On the side I also had a Smart Life Veggie Patty- I love these things, I'll have to get more over vacation because this was the last one in the house!
I'm fueled for my morning! I packed myself a mid-morning larabar to snack on (Ginger Snap, mmm!) and then I just have some easy tuna, crackers and veggies for lunch. Dinner won't be too interesting either... I've got to eat what I've got for now, I plan on doing another big stock-up at Whole Foods over spring break.
Off to get stuff done, FAST!

I always set my clock back around 7:00pm, to avoid having that happen to me (since it's happened in previous years, on schooldays!! ahh!!) - hang in there, Kristin!! You'll get every done!! Enjoy your Sunday :0)
