Sunday sweets

Tonight for a snack, I knew I wanted something sweet but not too heavy, because I have had a LOT of treats this weekend and want to start the week off right. So, I opted for some fruit and a luna tea cake- Orange Blossom flavor.
I had an overflowing bowl of grapes while I was preparing one of my favorite lunches for tomorrow (can you guess?) and had the tea cake along with a big mug of Egyptian Licorice tea. Mmm, I enjoyed it- just sweet enough!

The hair dyeing this evening turned out well, except for the fact that the dye didn't show up! So, unfortunately my friends are blue-tip-less for now, and I think they're going to try and re-do it some other time. It was a fun break in the night though!
I did get some work done, despite my dye detour, and I only have a couple more things to do before I can settle in for the night.
Thank goodness, I just got the new issue of Vegetarian magazine in the mail and I'm dying to read it!!

I'll be back, bright and early Monday morning to start my last full week of classes! (Can you believe it?)

Yep, vegetarian times. I loooove the recipes- this issue has roasted tomatillo and black bean tacos on the front (yum!) and features some other interesting-looking taco recipes I want to try!

As for my weight gain process, unfortunately I haven't gained any extra the last two weigh-ins; I've stayed steady at my 2 lb gain, (most likely because I have been having a few treats these last few nights...) but the scale hasn't budged from there- this week I will definately be making an effort, yet again to make sure my snacks and breakfast are sufficiently large enough to hopefully boost me up another pound or two!

Vegetarian Times is a great magazine (just wish that more of the recipes were vegan - oh well).

Mmm, look at all those grapes!! Love it.

The blue hair-dye didn't show up?!?! Bummer!

Can't wait to see your lunch - I feel terrible that I can't guess what it is, haha ;0)
