Not too much rest for me, unfortunately... I tossed and turned in bed yet again, this time my stomach was bothering me (again). It must be stress related, I can't seem to figure out what else it could be. After I finally drifted off to sleep and got a bit of shut eye, I was awoken bright and early by my dad's alarm, which apparently doesn't wake HIM up, but woke me up pretty darn quick! I tried to get back to sleep, but the damage was done- I was wide awake.
I also woke up starving, which is unusual for me- I usually wake up pretty hungry, but alright enough to wake up a bit, relax, have a snack, work out and then have breakfast. This morning, I needed my breakfast and I needed it THEN.
So, I made myself my absolute favorite weekend morning meal, a big wafflewich. This time I made mine with 2 hemp plus waffles, 2 tbsp almond butter, a tbsp pure maple syrup, a big banana and some grapes on the side.
I ate it all up so fast, now I'm stuffed, but it satisfied my growling belly!! I should be fueled for the morning- I plan on working out, doing a bit of studying and then picking my sister up to go grab groceries and then study some more later before dinner. I'm making an ED&BV recipe for a nice break from school work, but it's supposed to be a quick recipe so it won't take too much time away from my studying.
I hope, despite the fact that it's still gross and rainy out I can get a good workout in (thats what the treadmill's for!) because I am in dire need of some exercise energy!!

So sorry that you didn't get much sleep, and that your stomach was bothering you - it was most likely stress-related (as you thought).
Love your quick, satisfying waffle sandwich breakfast - yum! That will DEFINITELY keep you fueled all morning!
Yeah, the weather is dreary here as well - stay out of the rain, and enjoy your Saturday! :0)
