Southwestern tang

Mmm mmm mmm, another delicious tester recipe from the Happy Herbviore! I made her BBQ Southwest wrap for lunch, which was spectacular- so full of veggies and flavor, I ate every bite of this huge wrap, and all of the contents that spilled out of my huge creation! I also had a peach on the side, and it was a fantastic lunch.

I had a snack mid morning while I was going through boxes in my room, because I'm still on a crazy organizational spree and didn't want to break for lunch. I had a few pieces of dried mango and kiwi to hold me over, and made lunch about an hour later.

Still don't know what I'm doing tonight, so besides a run this afternoon my day is still kind of open... I don't even have any specific dinner plans because I'm not sure if I'll be eating here or out! I'm the kind of girl who ALWAYS likes a plan, so I'm trying to let this "free time" thing be relaxing, but I've gotta admit I want to know what I'm doing this evening! haha
I'll keep you updated on my plans when I figure them out =)

Oh my, a BBQ Southwest wrap?!?!?! I knew I loved all of Lindsay's recipes :0)

I'm so intrigued by the dried kiwi... I've never seen it in stores anywhere!

Thats funny, because I haven't seen it in stores either- I got some samples from and I'm in love with them now- but thats the only place I've seen them!
