I woke up this morning to dark, cloudy skies... I'm hoping the sun comes out because I was planning on a rainless run today!
To fuel my dreary morning, I had 3/4 cup Flax plus granola, over 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt and a bunch of strawberries left over from yesterday's class. It hit the spot!
Now I think I'll spend my morning doing some reading and drinking some fresh espresso... figuring out my exercise situation, and later on today I have plans with a friend!
