One treat, two treats...

First of all, I want to thank all of you for your interesting questions, and for reading and appreciating my responses! I love all of your comments, and I'm glad you are happy with the blog! Anytime you have anything else to ask me, just comment or email and I'll be sure to respond as soon as possible!

Onto the eats and treats.
Last night after dinner, my mom and I decided to split the whole wheat vegan chocolate chip cookie I had picked up at Whole Foods a few days back; I figured it was going towards the end of it's life in my cupboard, so we better eat it up before it went to waste!

It was delicious, as all Whole Foods cookies are! THEN my friend called me and we decided to go for ice cream... luckily we went to a place that serves gelato so I could have a second treat without quite as much guilt! I had a small straciatella (chocolate swirl; no pic sorry!) that was almost as good as Italia. Almost.

I stayed at my friend's last night, and said my final goodbyes this morning.
When I got home, I made myself a HUGE bowl of protein packed oats- I made 1/2 cup Irish oats with water, added a spoonful of PB, a big banana, and 1/2 a container of vanilla Chobani.

WOW was this filling! I ate every last bite, but I almost couldn't finish it! It was packed with protein and healthy fats though so its a good fill! Today I'm going to exercise in the morning, and this afternoon I'm planning on going up to Target with my mom and sister to grab some last minute school supplies!
