Jam-packed Saturday and Sunday oats for two

Saturday went by pretty fast; but I got a good amount done!

Around 12 I got hungry for lunch, so I made myself exactly what I was craving- a big egg wrap! I scrambled two full organic eggs, and added some reduced fat mozarella and spinach to a whole grain wrap, and had this with a big macintosh apple on the side. So filling and yummy!

I spent most of the day cleaning the house and doing schoolwork, before I headed to work for 4. I have a bit of an announcement regarding work: after three years at my current part-time job, I handed in my letter of resignation last night. Work was getting tough with all my schoolwork, and school comes first. So I decided to depart from pharmacy world and find another weekend-only job. So money is going to be tight in a couple weeks when I finish, but I'm pretty good at budgeting! But man, oh man was it worth it. I'm glad to have done something I've been meaning to do for quite some time.

On the way to my night at work I snacked on a banana cashew balance pure bar. I hadn't tried this flavor before, and I loved it! Very banana-y.
For dinner I had a big can of light chicken-noodle soup, which was good- it reminded me of my childhood! I needed something to warm me up, I was freezing in the store! I also had a light cheese stick and some extra carrots to round out my meal.

After work, I knew it was a night to relax- so I settled down with a nice piece of home-baked banana bread Tyler's mom came (It was fantastic, she's a great baker!) and some strawberries, and watched Office Space (love that movie!) for the zillionth time... it really never gets old!

This morning I decided to sleep in, I have no work today, and the only things on my agenda are some studying and writing, so I didn't even eat breakfast until 10 am!.
Breakfast was deeelicious- I made oats for two on the stove top using these proportions:
1 cup dry oats
1 cup water
1 cup vanilla hemp milk
a sprinkle of brown sugar
a sprinkle of cinnamon
1 large banana sliced thin
a big scoop of PB
1/8 a granola plank on each bowl

Mmm... creamy and delicious! I gobbled mine up, and now I'm ready to lay around for a bit more before I have to get started on work!

And finally... I'd like you all to welcome the BLOGHER ad network to my site! I hope that you'll find some interesting products from their ads!

Have a great start to your week!
