Must wake up...

This morning was particularly hard to get out of bed. I just reeeallly was not in the mood to climb out of the covers... away from my favorite blanket (that Nick calls the "anti boyfriend" blanket because i'd rather snuggle up to it than him... what can I say, it's comfy!)... or wake up and start some more studying for anatomy (my last exam before finals is on monday!)...
But the idea of drinking a delicious choco-banana-berry smoothie got me up.

I had one and a half cups worth of my drinkable breakfast:

and a couple cups of English Breakfast tea while I did some studying.
After a few hours of work I was hungry again, and I knew I wanted something filling with enough carbs and protein to fuel me through my workout... although it's going to be cut a bit short today because I have to pick my roommate up early =(
Regardless, I used the last 3 eggs in the house to make a cheesy spinach&egg wrap! I used one egg, two whites, a whole grain wrap-itz tortilla topped with spinach, threw on 1/4 cup reduced fat italian cheese mix (left over from mac n'cheese night!), rolled it all up and had it with a handful of carrots and a dollop of ketchup.

Yum, yum, yum! I loves me some eggs!

I'm pretty excited about one of my snacks this afternoon-
Last night I got into the baking mood, so I created Vegan Pumpkin Breakfast Cookies, based of a recipe from Lindsay the lovely Happy Herbivore... I just added some oats, walnuts and a bit of soymilk for protein... and I made them HUGE so they're the perfect snack or breakfast on the go!

I had one last night after I licked the bowl I couldn't wait to try one!

And I packed one with a vanilla chobani for a snack later on.

Tonight's dinner with the boys is going to be VERY different than my usual eats. We'll see how that goes...

Gotta run to the gym and class, I'll post more later!
