Plugging along

I've gotten a good amount done already, but I still have tons to do!
While my last batch of biscotti were baking, I packed up some home made gifts, and had the last pb ginger cookie...

I also licked the biscotti bowl ;)

For lunch I micro-baked a small sweet potato and topped it with the last 1 cup of turkey chili I froze and a dab of reduced fat cheddar cheese. So sad this is gone, I love my home made chili!!


On top of baking, packing gifts, cleaning my kitchen and finally uploading my videos... I still have yet to shower or pack any of my stuff to go home yet! Luckily they're not expecting me until early evening =)

Ok, better get a move on!
