Aaahhh...

I definitely listened to my body today.
And you know what it told me it wanted? More yoga.
I didn't need more weights and high intensity cardio- I was sore for goodness sakes!
But 90 minutes of hot vinyasa flow did the trick!
I adore this instructor, Sheri- she's so calming and helpful, especially with alignment of poses, etc. The class flowed, it was warm and boy was I sweating! I felt strong and confident, and my body thanked me for all the streching afterwards! It truly was an amazing class. Of course the class went a little late, and I was pretty hungry by the time it was over!
I sipped on another Muscle Milk light shake on the way to the grocery store. I love these; they taste great, theres no added sugar and they REALLY hold me over (as a snack, 2-2.5 hours) for only 100 calories! Awesome! I forgot to snap a photo but it was the same vanilla flavor I had yesterday.

I went to the grocery store and stocked up on basics for the week, as well as a treat to have with Nick for dinner tonight (no picture of that, it's kind of a big hunk of meat so I didn't want to trouble any of you vegans who'd prefer not to see it!).

After stocking my shelves and taking a nice hot shower I was just starting to get hungry for lunch (go muscle milk light!). I heated up the last bit of my Maui Black Bean Soup, and had it with a big lavash bread. Sooo addicted to these!
Is there anything better than a hot bowl of soup on a cold windy day? I don't think so, this was perfect!

The rest of the day will be spent doing some house cleaning and kitchen prep for Nick's arrival. I have no idea when he'll be here (it's a 10-12 hr drive, depending on traffic)- I'm so anxious to see him!
