Breakfast for lunch

I spent the morning working on a new page for y'all- My Story, my weight gain, loss, and the gain again- that I am almost done with, but I want it to be as nice as possible so it will be up within the next couple of days.

I took a break from blogging to make myself lunch- I was craving eggs and I knew we still had some center cut bacon left in the fridge, so I decided on breakfast for lunch.
It was similar to my breakfast on saturday morning- a just-poached (aka reeeeallly runny and yummy!) egg on whole wheat toast topped with s&p, two slices of center cut bacon and fruit- this time a big bosc pear. Healthy, balanced, satisfying and couldn't have cured my cravings better!


I just realized it's already the afternoon, and still I am not dressed for the day- guess I really AM being lazy today! Time to go shower and change, then do some more page editing before going out to dinner. Fun day of food eating and food writing!
