For an evening snack last night I had 1/2 cup of the healthy treat as well as a bosc pear.
I sat in my bed for hours, flipping through cookbooks, marking recipes and reading over 300 pages of the two books I'm reading! My kind of night!
This morning I headed to the gym after a restful sleep and was there for a good hour and 15 minutes, 35 minutes on the elliptical- burned 207 calories, and 40 minutes of arm strengthening exercises- burned 156 calories. I'm up to doing some reps of 15lbs, to keep my muscles a'growin!
Before I left I had the obligatory 1/2 clif bar and when I returned I had my new fave breakfast combo- 1 cup 0% greek yogurt, a big banana, sliced, berries- today it was 4 big strawberries, sliced, and 1/4 cup almond slivers. Filled me up so much I almost couldn't finish the bowl! So delish!
Today is "Kristin gets organized" day...
Activities include-
-organizing and cleaning desk, bureau and drawers
-cleaning kitchen and bathroom
-organizing dozens of papers I have strewn about my room
-filling out new agenda book
-balancing checkbook
-filling out job applications for this summer (cooking!)
-making soup (3 meals this week!)
As you can tell, I've got a LOT to do today!!
Question for you all- Is there anything you want to see on my blog in 2009? I'm open to any suggestions you may have! Remember, one of my goals is making it bigger and better!!

Personally, I love your blog the way it is - but maybe include more cooking demo videos?? Those are always fun :-)
I adore your blog SO much! And I adore you, endlessly. DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT YOU! But I wouuulldd Looove to see MORE of my sweetness :) Cooking videos and I, personally, would LOVE some strength training vids! You are TOO cute to keep in hiding! Love to youuuu <3
