After staying up so late last night, I am definitely not myself today!
I did end up snacking a bit at the party... sun chips and a few bites of pizza. Whoops. Late night munchies are the worst.
But, today is a new day and I started it off in a healthy way with 3/4 cup Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin cereal heated with 3/4 cup nonfat soymilk and a banana mixed in.
Filled me up and fueled me for my workout!
I knew I was tired, but I REALLY realized it when 10 minutes into walking/running on the treadmill I remembered I had put my heart rate monitor on- but forgotten to press 'start'! So I promptly turned it on and finished my workout- 30 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the stat bike. Felt good, burned a little over 260 calories but I definitely could have burned more if I wasn't so tired!!
I ran to the store on the way home to look for ghee and ended up only finding a HUGE expensive bottle- guess I'll have to keep searching. I did, however find my lunch! I have been craving Indian food, and these Tasty Bite Indian meals were on sale, so I checked them out.
Look at how simple the ingredient list is!
The whole box had two servings, but it was relatively calorie light and moderate fat so I ate the whole box, along with some grapes for lunch.
Delicious! I'd definitely recommend these, they're a great quick meal- this would have been good with some Naan or rice as well!
I'm about to go get ready and pick up my sister- we're having a girl's night before I go back to school! But first I'm getting my hair done- I'm in dire need of some color! Should be a fun day I'll post later on this evening!

I had Indian food for lunch too!!! Channa Masala over here - holy yum.
