Finally here!

Well, break is finally here!
I am officially feeling horrible (sore throat, stuffy nose, the works)... so my workout was less than stellar.
I did 35 minutes on the elliptical level 8, and somehow managed 30 minutes of arm strength, with a lighter weight than usual because I felt so weak! I felt good for going though.

My breakfast made me feel good, I had 1/2 cup of oats with 1 cup nonfat soy milk, a sliced banana and spoonful of Almond butter.

Fueled my workout, but I was very hungry for my snack mid-morning, a light cheese stick as usual.

For lunch I packed a leftover tex-mex turkey calzone and some grapes. This was just as good reheated!!

After my one class of the day, I was FREE from school, so after having lunch and doing some reading I headed to the grocery store to do some of next week's shopping, I'll do the rest tomorrow!

I grabbed a grape Kombucha to sip on while I shopped, which I hope will help balance out my system!
Back home, I tried a cool new product:

This was SO GOOD! Filling too, perfect for a snack! I wanted to try all of the flavors, but they were a little pricy so I'll have to try them two at a time.

Tonight Nick and I are going out to sushi, we're both not feeling too hot so hopefully a nice sushi dinner will make us both feel better! I'll post the delicious feast after!

Rachel's cottage cheese that's a new product I haven't tried. How does it compare? Are a fan of their yogurts? I didn't like them too much.

Yasmin,
I love their yogurts actually, I love the unique tastes! I think the cottage cheese is much better though- more filling, less sugar so not too sweet!

Veggie girl,
Thanks!
And no packages yet, I hope tomorrow!
