26 minutes

Whew, what a run!
This saturday is turning out very well so far, but it's not even 1/3 of the way over for me yet!

I went for a run as planned with my dad. I had to remind him to slow down at the beginning because I'm trying to pace myself!! It turned out great- we ran just over a 5k and I felt amazing the entire time! I need to find a good place to run distance around here, because I'm a bit sick of running in circles around my neighborhood. =/

Distance: 3.18 miles
Time: 26 minutes flat
Pace: ~8:17
Calories burned: 217 (a lot for me for <30 minutes!)

Afterwards I immediately ran upstairs and guzzled this coconut water and 1/2 of the BEST clif bar ever:

I plan on having the other half if I'm hungry later.

I showered, did some organizing and pulled together lunch, which was simple because my mom had saved me some bean soup she made earlier this week.

It was really good! I had a 2-cup bowl... but forgot to photograph it before I dug in!

Along with some strawberries and a light string cheese.

This filled me up perfectly! I still have a few things to do before I head out with Eric, but I have a little time. 'See' you all tomorrow, have a wonderful Saturday!!
