Work went ok, boring of course, but I made myself a quick, satisfying dinner!
While I was making my dinner I snacked on a large handful of mixed nuts along with 1 large apple.
This must have been a whole lot all at once for my stomach; it hurt for a while, but some tums did the trick.
For dinner I had my usual Morningstar Grillers Vegan burger (100 kcal, 2.5 g fat) and kicked it up with 1 slice reduced fat provolone and 1 slice tomato… mmm!
I had this with some sliced pepper on the side, and about 1 ½ cups cooked leftover broccoli.
Atogether my dinner was about 250 kcals, 7 g fat.
When I came home, I wanted something for kind of a dessert/snack, so I sweetened some Fage 0% (3/4 cup for 80 kcals) with ½ packet of splenda and 2 heaping tbsp pomegranate seeds…
Yumm, and for only 100 kcals!
My total calories for today were pretty low; but that’s alright because of my splurging last night.
Total day ~1350 kcals, 36 g fat
