It’s already the 10th of January…
That’s 1/3 of the way through the month! Woah!
I’ve been so busy, out and about, cooking, planning, etc I didn’t even realize I only have just over a week left of my break!
I’ll be sad not being able to use the stove everyday, but I WILL be cooking a lot more for myself in my dorm this semester; that’s guaranteed!
Mom and I are going up to the mall today; we’re leaving early so we’ll be having lunch there, and I had planned on doing Indian food, but when I realized how bad the Indian food is that they make at the mall (nutrition wise, it sure is tasty!) I decided we’re probably better off in a café setting… no fast food for me!
Hopefully we’ll find something at Nordstrom Café, or maybe grab something quick at Border’s with a latte while we’re there =)
In order to eat something healthy to fuel my run and leave room for whatever I want to grab at lunch, I went for an egg white omelet with chives, peppers, spinach and mushrooms for breakfast with ½ grapefruit.
I’m sufficiently full now, and going to run in a bit, then we’re heading up!
I hope I find something cute =)
