Brand New Day

I did end up splurging a good amount at Evie’s.
Definitely more than I should have, definitely more than planned.
But, today is a new day… I’m ready to start fresh and healthy yet again.

Splurges:
1 bite peppermint bark
5 mini oatmeal cookies
some lowfat brownie ice cream
3 mozzarella sticks
a bunch of mini chocolates
1 double-stuf oreo
some honey pretzels
about 16 oz real grapefruit juice

Ready to start fresh, just like I said.
For breakfast this morning I started with 1 cup kashi cinnamon harvest (a bit like mini shredded wheats) for 200 kcal, 1 g fat and ½ cup quaker oatmeal squares for 110 kcals, 2 g fat. I had this with a medium banana (120 kcal, 1 g fat) and 1 cup nonfat soy milk (70 kcal, 0 g fat)
Altogether my healthy grains, proteins and fruit came to ~400 kcal, 3 g fat.
Not a bad beginning!

Today my plans are to REALLY get some organizing done, plan tomorrow, go for a good run and maybe strength a bit, as well as go to work later.
I didn’t get too much sleep so I’m a bit tired, but I’ve got some coffee with splenda in me so I’m ready to start my day!
