Super Fats (Salmon AND avocado)

The salmon burgers were even more delicious than I had expected!
They were GIGANTIC, I had to cut mine in half to finish it it was so huge!
I topped mine with about 1/4 cup avocado, 1 slice tomato, about 1 tbsp low fat dill sauce (made with yogurt), and a slice of reduced fat provolone on a light wheat bun.
This is a pretty hefty "burger"... about 400 kcal, 12 g fat.
On the side I had 10 sweet potato fries for about 150 kcals, 2 g fat and about 1 1/2 cups broccolli for 50 kcal.
Sooo delicious and SO filling- I was actually a bit nervous I OVERATE when I finished my entire plate!

Hopefully it will hold me for a while so I don't have a huge appetite at Evie's later... I bought low fat cookies and ice cream, but I'm sure I'll be in the indulgent mood... I already am!

Goals for tonight: Not TOO much fun... some ice cream, a few cookies (hopefully less than 5)... and not too much other snacking.
It's hard with friends, I love to snack, especially during movie marathons, but I've got to remember my CONTROL!

Oh, I also snacked on a nectarine this afternoon- 100 kcal.

Dinner and snack- ~700 kcal, 14 g fat.

(Good thing I went for a run today...)
