I ate my lunch a bit too fast and now I feel full, almost stuffed again. =(
It was all good stuff though; I had 1 cup 1% cottage cheese (180 kcal, 2 g fat) along with 1/2 grapefruit (70 kcal), and a big salad (30 kcal) I topped with 1/4 cup spaghetti squash (20 kcal), 1/2 cup zucchini (25 kcal), 1 tbsp pom (10 kcal), and the last of the good grape tomatoes (6 small ones, about 30 kcal). I also nibbled on 5 big baby carrots while I was making this (25 kcal).
Altogether, my lunch was ~385 kcal, and only a few grams fat.
I definately met my veggie quota for today... already! Plus, I still have all the tomatoes, onion and butternut squash in my stew... I guess you can never have enough veggies!
