Delicious from down under

Dinner tonight was SOOOO good!
1 1/2 cups of the lentil soup I made this morning... totally filling, incredibly delicious and perfect with the big hunk of multigrain bread I brought with me. I actually made use of the dinky old toaster oven we have sitting in the back... good use!
Before I left I halved the bread and weighed each half... they were pretty close to even, I had a 1 7/8 oz piece... the other was 1 3/4 oz.
Best work dinner I've had, byfar!
The soup was about 360 kcals, 10 g (healthy) fat, plus 40 calories, 4 g fat for parmesan (1 tbsp), and 130 kcal, 3 g fat for the bread. Altogether dinner ~530 kcal, 17 g healthy fat.

I snacked on a medium banana and a handful of mixed nuts before work to keep me going...
Snack: ~ 300 kcal, 17 g fat

The holidays are long gone, but my sweet tooth is still here! I had a big, warm mug of sugar cookie sleigh ride tea when I came home with 6 oz of this AMAZING Wallaby Yogurt... it's australian yogurt, which tastes to me pretty much just like regular nonfat yogurt, maybe a bit of a thinner consistency but still yummy.
I had strawberry guava tonight... yum!



Tomorrow I'm planning on doing the majority of packing and filing for school, then cooking dinner for the fam and hopefully going to see a movie with my friend Chelsea!
Now, I'm wiped from work. G'nite!

Total calories for the day ~1945 kcal... slightly over my upper goal of 18-1900 (but I may have overestimated a bit...)
