I was hungry after; so I ate my lunch just a few minutes ago.
I made one of my favorite quick, healthy lunches... a hummus wrap! I used 3 tbsp hummus (75 kcal, 5 g fat) along with 2 tbsp tabbouleh (50 kcal, 2 g fat) on a whole wheat wrap (120 kcal, 3 g fat) with some lettuce and tomato (20 kcal). On the side I had a serving of baby carrots (40 kcal) and a very yummy large red anjou pear (it was perfect! i love red pears! ~100 kcal). I'm full for now, but will probably grab something to snack on while shopping at wholefoods later.

Total lunch calories: ~405 kcal, 10 g fat
Time to shower and get ready to go!
