I had my favorite blueberry/mango/banana smoothie:
1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt (50 kcal), 1/2 cup each frozen mango and blueberries (100 kcal, 1 g fat together), 1/4 cup nonfat milk with 1 scoop protein powder (60 kcal, 1 g fat) and 1 medium sized banana (120 kcal). This is SO nutrient packed... dairy, fruit, protein... and super tasty for about 330 kcal, 2 g fat.
Smoothies never fill me long enough, though, even with all the good stuff- so I added 1 slice toasted whole wheat small slice bread (so great for toasting!) with a teaspoon of margarine for 100 kcal, 3 g fat.
(Like my old Rachael Ray mag and wholefoods bag in the background? hehe)
Breakfast calories were ~ 430 kcal, 5 g fat
