I had a lovely evening!
My Fage did the trick, got rid of my headache I had all day (the weird weather makes my head go bonkers) and filled me until dinner! I had a really good, balanced dinner with Danielle at the dining hall... pretty rare! They were serving "carribean shrimp kabobs", and I had 2- they were the perfect size, 5 mini shrimp on each, lightly seasoned and grilled up well! I also had about a cup of cooked carrots and a small bowl; maybe 3/4-1 cup of coconut brown rice. Yum!
Not sure the calorie count... very hard to tell, but it was balanced which is key of course.
This kept me full through Yoga, which was amazing, as always. =)
Now I'm nice and relaxed, this afternoon I got a bit stressed out about all the work I had to do... but it's done now, and I'm ready to relax for a nice, quiet night before my crazy philosophy/chem/chemlab tomorrow. I'm treating myself to lunch again at International Pockets... should be good!
After yoga I had a small "gin gins" ginger hard candy they offered, only 10 calories, all natural!
When I came home I had a delicious plum for a snack.
Snack calories: ~70
