Fruity oats

Added a little extra fruit to my breakfast this morning, and it was very tasty!
I had 1/2 a banana when I woke up and went for a 35 minute run before I got ready.

Chem day today!
Not looking forward to it, AT ALL... we have our first "big" lab today and in class we're reviewing for our exam on tuesday (yikes! I'm so nervous...) so it should be a bit stressful...
That's ok, tonight I'm getting everything together for a weekend full of dancing (we're seeing Dancing With the Stars Tour on Saturday night), primping (getting my hair trimmed) and of course studying. At least I'll be at home, it should be nice and relaxing!

Despite the impending stress... I started the day off right with a nice hearty breakfast =)
I mixed a 1/2 cup of dry oats with 1 cup low fat soy, and added the rest of my banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 10 g walnuts and a whole bunch of cinnamon to the mix for a yummy, filling meal!



Breakfast calories: ~480 kcal

I hope it holds me until I can walk to the Emporium!
Weather's dreary again today, ah well, I guess I'll have to wait for spring, it's gotta come some day!
