Home (finally)

Home!
How I'd love to just relax... no such luck.
I've been feeling off lately (the cold) and I've been busy studying for the HORRIBLE chem exam I took today... so I've been procrastinating EVERYTHING, including my lab report and my dishes. Both which need to get done, ASAP!
Sooo... here I am, a quick post and then time to get working!

My oats held me well this morning; I ended up eating my packed lunch around 11:30. I had a hummus/tabbouleh/veggie wrap with a whole wheat wrap, 2 tbsp each hummus & tabbouleh, some spinach leaves, red pepper and cucumber. On the side I had a little baggie of baby carrots and a big juicy pear, sliced!




Total lunch calories: ~475 kcal

After my exam (don't even want to discuss it, worse than I thought) I headed to Starbucks to grab a Green Ginger tea before work, and had my snack- a nectarine and a cheese stick.



Snack calories: ~160 kcal

At work, I had a light dinner of a vegan burger (boca brand) on top of some seasoned steamed veggies (zucchini, carrots, green beans and broccoli)- about 1.5 cups.



This was only ~250 kcal, so I had a bigger snack when I got home!
After-work snack with tea: nonfat yogurt and 7 graham sticks (1/2 serving)... The perfect sweet treat AND filling snack, 180 kcals.




Work and dishes time...
They're predicting some yucky weather tomorrow, so I already have the plan set to get some work done in the morning and go to the gym in the evening before Yoga. I WILL get my run in!

They're Back to Nature Organic Honey Graham Sticks; Sooo yummy!
(Only 130 kcals and 2.5 g fat per 14 pieces!)
