Easter Cooking & Baking

I munched on another chocolatey treat while baking...

And of course, I had to snack on crumbs and fruit compote while baking and powdering the cake!

Here's how it turned out:


I can't wait to try it!

I also made the Lemon-Scented Quinoa salad, which I had a few BIG bites of... I love tahini, so I added a good amount to the sauce!

I'm going to shower and have a small snack before we head up to Pawtucket for our meal!

I'm impressed by the look of your olive oil cake, nice work!! enjoy the day and the chocolate, I too LOVE those mini cadbury eggs...so yumm!!

Those cadbury eggs are my downfall on Easter..I absolutly love them. Your cake looks delish too, hope you enjoy the day!

Happy Easter Kristin! I don't celebrate but I adore jellybeans, chocolate eggs, etc!!! Haha tho I know there's A LOT more to the holiday than the goodies hehe. Can't wait to hear how the oliveoil cake is! Hope your holiday is wonderful and you enjoy the time with your family :)
