Favorite spread

For lunch today I tried the new type of hummus I got... artichoke with black olives. YUM! It was sooo tasty, lots of flavor in just a couple of tablespoons! The chunks of black olives added a little something too. I had the hummus on a wheat pita (1 tbsp on each half... although I should have put more) with some romaine, cucumber and orange bell pepper (1/2 between both halves). I also had an apple on the side. This was tasty, but definately not filling enough. I should have added more hummus for protein and healthy fats...



I'm having a snack now (Fage 2% with peach) because my lunch didn't hold me long, then I'm off to attempt my "easy" baking project before outing club, then more work!



The sun is shining today... which makes the cold much more tolerable. Have a nice tuesday! =)
