Last night I ate a bit too much, slept a bit too little, but all in all I had a great "do nothing" thursday night/relaxing friday morning and I don't do that often... so I guess thats a good thing!
I hung out with Danielle last night, had a GIANT calzone for dinner... which I enjoyed every bite of. A big doughy crust with mozarella, feta, eggplant, spinach, mushrooms and garlic, mmm... my favorite splurge!
We snacked on some candy while hanging out, (I had a few of these little eggs, a couple small handfuls of reeses pieces and a mini take five) AND went out for frozen yogurt! I said I was going to splurge! I had a vanilla frozen yogurt with an oreo swirl. Yum!
Danielle ended up not feeling too well, so I decided to let her sleep, headed home late and slept in this morning... until 8! I NEVER sleep til 8! I must say it was quite nice. I'm not sleeping in at all this weekend (busy busy!) so I needed the sleep after getting home so late.
I had my usual pre-workout snack (1/2 english muffin w/ pb&j) but didn't run this morning- I did a 30 minute strength routine and I'm planning on going to the gym later this afternoon with my mom.
For breakfast I had my standard again; the other 1/2 of my english muffin with pb&j, 1 cup 1% cottage cheese and a big chile peach.
(Sorry these pics aren't the greatest- my camera's being strange... I hope I can figure it out this weekend... my camera is BRAND NEW it can't be failing me now!)
I'm full for now, time to go get my bags ready for the weekend! I'm going home, I'm planning a fun quick dinner for tonight and a new vegan recipe tomorrow... should be fun!
