Late night grumbles and a tough decision

Last night I had a particularly hard time falling asleep, I'm not sure why... the room was partially lit, that may have been it. Regardless, I was restless for a good hour before I finally fell asleep. Unfortunately, around 1:30 a.m. I was awoken by a weird feeling in my stomach... I'm not sure what it was, it didn't hurt... it was just annoying enough to wake me up. So I got up, walked around for a couple minutes, the weird feeling wouldn't go away. Soo... I decided to heat myself up a quick 1/2 cup of tea, and had 1/2 serving of graham sticks to try and settle my stomach. It worked, and I was back to bed by 2.

Flash forward to this morning. Woke up on time, although very exhausted. Had 1/2 a banana, headed to the gym... the track was dead. Not a soul. Seemingly the perfect opportunity for me to get my short-run in, without disturbances. However, I had already decided earlier in the week, due to the past few weeks of interrupted thursday running, that I would do cardio instead of running today. I had a tough decision. Run, unexpectedly, or cardio, as planned? Being so exhausted, I decided to save my running energy for tomorrow when I can get a fairly long run in before my busy spring break. So, I headed to the cardio room and had a nice 45 minute session- 20 on the cross trainer, 25 on the bike.
Afterwards I felt energized and ready for the day, despite my late night awakening.

For breakfast I had 3/4 cup ezekiel almond cereal heated with 3/4 cup hempmilk, the rest of the blueberries (about 1/4 cup) and the other half of my banana.

Long thursday, lots of work and packing... but just one more day of classes!!
