I woke up this morning feeling a little more rested, relaxed and subsequently more motivated than the last few mornings! I didn't get a whole lot more sleep than I have been getting (maybe only a few extra minutes), because I still woke up early, but I laid in bed and rested for a while... I didn't feel SUPER hungry like I was yesterday morning, I didn't feel like I NEEDED to get right up... it was nice to get up slowly for once. I think my fun night last night contributed to my relaxation! I feel rested and ready to take on the whole list of tasks I have set for today!
For breakfast to start my morning, I had a soymilk smoothie made with 1 cup nonfat vanilla soymilk, 1/2 cup each frozen berries and mango, a couple strawberries and a HUGE banana. Yum! Lots of fruit, delicious! On the side I had my favorite toast with PB (Rudi's organic honey sweet with 1 tbsp honey roasted peanut butter! Gotta love that honey!)
Should hold me through a.m. plans and running!
Just hanging around today, making dinner and going to a hockey game later tonight. I was going to go out to lunch with a friend, but unfortunately those plans might have fallen through... we'll see!
