Time to spare

I finished my Nutrition Exam quite early, so I decided to do a quick post before making my dinner!
The exam went pretty well, there were a few toughies I'm not sure I got correct, but overall I feel pretty confident I did o.k.
We had an engaging guest lecturer in Kinesiology today, so it was an interesting class. I got out right at 1 and headed to the commons to have my lunch. I packed myself a whole wheat pita that I stuffed with some faux chick'n salad (my favorite, made with nayonaise, curry, lemon, s&p, a quorn cutlet, grapes, red onion and celery) as well as some sliced red pepper and an apple.


A nicely balanced lunch that held me through my first Nutrition class, and even though I wasn't too hungry by the time I was getting ready to go to my exam, I snacked on a Banana Cookie Larabar to keep my stomach from interrupting my concentration! It did the trick; I'm still not ready for dinner so I guess I'll get some work done and reheat my leftovers when I get hungry!
