This bright and sunny afternoon, I took a nice 4 mile run outside before getting ready for work. I packed up my dinner- a Morningstar Italian Chik patty with some marinara sauce to dip, cooked broccoli and cauliflower, and a few baby carrots.
I had a snack to hold me through the first couple of hours of work; a brown rice cake with 1 tbsp PB and 1 tsp raspberry preserves, along with my favorite fruit of the moment- a juicy nectarine.
For later tonight, I packed myself and my friends a few pieces of leftover banana bread for a healthier night time snack.
