Quick BBQ

I went on a really nice 4 mile run this morning, then spent about 20 minutes doing some arms, abs and lunge exercises for some strength. Afterwards I was getting pretty hungry, so I looked around the kitchen and decided to make myself (and my mom!) another one of Lindsay's Southwest BBQ wraps from her upcoming cookbook. This is the second time I've made this in a week, it is SO.GOOD... very quick, colorful and oh so much flavor! I had this along with an organic gala apple, and it hit the spot.

It's so nice and sunny out I think I'm going to go back outside with my new issue of Vegetarian Times and drool over the recipes before I have to get ready to go get my hair done!

Ohmigosh, SOO many good recipes in this issue- a whole section on vegan ice cream! I had to wipe the drool off of my chin! You'll be seeing some new creations soon for sure!

And I love tags, I'll get right on it =)
