Another rush

Another quick post for me and I'm out the door!
I needed another one of my HUGE filling breakfasts this morning to keep me going for who knows how long at work today. I had a Maple Almond Crunch Granola Plank, with about 1 cup of mixed raspberries and blueberries, mixed with 1 cup vanilla soy yogurt.

While I was chowing down on my breakfast I packed a quick lunch- Tofurky and FYH vegan monterey jack on sprouted grain bread with some dijon, spinach and cucumber slices. On the side I packed some easy to grab carrots and grapes, in case I need to nibble on them down at the register (we'll probably be busy!)

After work, I'm planning on going to work out with my friend, so I packed a mini clif bar and a nectarine to fuel my workout.

Hopefully for dinner I'll be eating at my fave Asian restaurant, Seven Moons- so I'll be back to post later tonight!

I have been wanting to buy those granola planks but I am not sure how much to use mixed with a yogurt and berries like you had this morning. I was thinking that maybe a half mixed in would be fairly filling but maybe more? Do you use a whole one?

I love the granola planks! I'm using a full one now, because I'm still trying to gain those last few pounds, but I'd definately go for 1/2 with yogurt and berries for a good portion size. I'm sure it would be more than filling, with the nuts, whole grains and dried fruit! Plus they are sooo tasty!
