After we shopped we headed home, where I made an egg dish casserole from Oxygen Magazine's special Abs edition.
It calls for egg whites, nonfat greek yogurt, cottage cheese (i used 1%), lots of veggies (I used broccoli instead of cauliflower, mushrooms, onions and spinach) and just simple seasonings. It was sooo good! It says 6 servings, but 1 serving would be TINY so I had 2 servings, and still it was healthy and low fat. On the side we had fresh mini wheat ciabatta breads, that we dipped in 2tsp garlic infused olive oil. I also had a handful of carrots (not pictured) and was all set!
I'm still feeling a bit hungry... and I think it's part tiredness, part hormones (I'm craving chocolate like crazy!) so I might have a snack in a while, otherwise I'm just going to relax here tonight, watch a movie, maybe read some and get to bed EARLY!!

oooh! thanks for reminding me - i need to buy a new loofah for college!! i feel you with the chocolate cravings ;) i just had 3 squares of 75% dark chocolate (on top of the chocolate chips i had in my oatmeal). i can't be stopped!
I think I'm going to have to look for that magazine... That recipe looks like it came out perfectly!
