Hungry morning

Last night I broke down and had a small cup of Ciao Bella Blood Orange Gelato, while reading my new book before bed:

Even though I had a big dinner and a small snack last night, I still woke up STARVING! So, I made myself one of my favorite filling breakfasts- a big bowl (about 1.25 cups) of Kashi Go Lean, with 1 cup soymilk and a big piece of fruit- in this case a juicy nectarine!

This morning I'll be busy busy getting ready for my kids' cooking class, and then I'll be posting quick this afternoon, hopefully after the class and before the gym, but we'll see how time goes!
