Full day

Today was quite the full day! I woke up bright and early, had 1/2 this Chocolate Chip Peanut Clif bar, and headed to the gym!

I had a great workout; 30 minutes on the elliptical followed by 10 on the bike. Then, I used 5 different weight machines for arms, doing 2 sets of 15 lbs each. After I showered and headed to school, I ate my breakfast in the parking lot!
I used my new fit 'n fresh container to portion 1.25 cups kashi go lean, a cup of soy milk and 3/4 cup blueberries. It was perfect for on-the-go!

After two long and lecture-filled classes, I settled down in the library, where I ate my lunch I packed last night, and studied.
A hummus/cheese/spinach sammie, along with carrots and an apple.

I snacked on the larabar to hold me through anatomy lab!

Anatomy lab was o.k., very long but I did pretty well on my quiz so I'm happy about that!! My awesome roommate called me on the way home, asking me if I wanted Chicken Caesar wraps for dinner! I was excited about the gesture, but I told him I didn't eat chicken... and he told me he was going to use quorn cutlets, so I accepted the offer and had dinner waiting for me on the table when I got home!! He used a whole wheat wrap, romaine, chopped red&green peppers, a quorn cutlet each, some reduced fat mozzarella and I drizzled some goddess dressing on top; he used caesar. It was delicious!!

I was so happy I came home to a yummy, healthy meal after a long day =)
Now I have some Kinesiology and Writing to do, I better get going!!

Awesome roommate, making you veggie friendly "chicken" caesar wraps. What a guy.

Don't nice, full days like that just make you feel so accomplished? Even if they are full of school work... blah
