Still going, going, going...

How I despise Tuesdays...
So long... they seem never-ending! Especially on a day like today.

At least I started the day off right, I had half of this clif bar:

and went out for a nice 25 minute run, before getting ready for work.
For breakfast I made myself a chocolate banana berry smoothie like usual; 1 banana, 1/2 cup berries, 1 cup soymilk and a scoop of Jay Robb protein powder.

This held me a good few hours into work, until I snacked on the other half of my clif bar to hold me over.
Work was a bit more interesting than usual; I helped rearrange the skin care aisle, so I had something to do the 5 hours I was there!
For my lunch break, I packed myself a refried bean wrap with some sriracha hot sauce, baby carrots and 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese.

Again, I love this combo for it's satiety and tastiness!!
Back at school a few hours later, I made it through Kinesiology and snacked on a caramel peanut kashi bar to keep me through writing.

It held me for a bit, but I was starving halfway through, so I snacked on an apple (not pictured) so I wasn't ravenous at home!

When I finally got home, I made Tyler and I a southern-inspired dinner I planned; baked bbq tofu (we each had 1/2 the package), baked sweet potatoes and some steamed broccoli. Easy to make, yummy to eat and SO filling!

Luckily I got some work done today at school, because tonight I think I am finally getting the rest I need!
I didn't sleep much last night, because a few friends came over, as usual... but it was a good time so no complaints!
