Brrr!
Is it cold out there! Whew, when I left for the gym it was a mere 3 degrees out!
I did the usual this morning- 1/2 clif bar to fuel, 25 minutes on the elliptical (an average burn of 215 calories), about 35 minutes doing arms- 133 cals blasted.
Back home I did it again- a frosty, frozen breakfast on an equally frigid day! Luckily I washed it down with a big hot cup of Earl Grey so I didn't get too chilly!
1 vanilla muscle milk light, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 big banana.
P.O.A. (Plan-of-action if you didn't recognize it!)
-Write out grocery list
-Shower, eat lunch
-Bring Nick to Airport
-Pick up check from work; cash
-Groceries-whoo!
-Back home to eat dinner
-Get together with Eric and friends!!
