Evening bloggers!
Tonight's post will be a quick one- I'm ready to curl up with my new Sports Nutrition book and the rest of my dessert after a boring night at work!
I had two snacks this afternoon- I started to get hungry around 2:30 so I snacked on a sweet medjool date to hold me until my 'real' snack time at 3.
Then I had a muscle milk light to hold me until dinner.
When I finally took my break at work I heated up the dinner I had made earlier in the day- Jenna's recipe for Masdoor Dal, along with 1/2 a piece of whole wheat naan bread. YUM! I think fresh naan bread has to be one of my favorite things, ever!!
Back home I peeled 1/2 a grapefruit to have along with my chocolate treat for the night- a dark chocolate blackberry dove chocolate square. Mmm, great cure for my sweet tooth!
Time for some R&R before my big first day back tomorrow!
