My favorite Quaker recipe is oatmeal cookies that my mom makes. They are not your typical oatmeal cookie.
The cookies are flat and crispy. They are as thin as paper and oh so yummy!
I love making Quaker oats quickbread!! :-)
Hey Kristin! My favorite Quaker Oats recipe is definitely my Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies! They make them super chewy and delicious :)
My favorite Quaker oats recipe is Kath's whipped banana oatmeal. It kind of changed my life.

I like making my own homemade granola using Quaker oats, coconut, maple syrup, and walnuts!
Awesome giveaway! I have a serious sweet tooth so my favorite Quaker oat recipe would have to be a tie between peach/berry crumbles and Chocolate Chip Walnut Oatmeal cookies...I've yet to translate these flavors into a bowl of oats but I'm working on it!!
i love making savory oats with quaker oatmeal...oats made a little bit of salt and pepper, topped with an egg and finished off with some hot sauce!
I can't get away from my standard oats... I've tried, really, but I just can't... nothing beats a big bowl of hot oats with lots of cinnamon, banana, and flax!
I have a blog! It's http://wwwnobookleftbehind.blogspot.com/ And you've been on my blogroll for quite a while now!:-) (Although I desperately need to update... I have so many faves, I seem to find a new one every day!)
My favorite would have to be classic oatmeal raisin cookies!! YUMM
Kristin,
My alltime favorite way to use Quaker oats is to make my own delicious (and cheap!) white chocolate peanut butter energy bars.
To get in on the yumminess just mix 2 cups of oats with several tbsps of white chocolate peanut butter and 1/2 cup applesauce. If the recipe looks a bit dry add a touch of almond or skim milk until it has the consistency of cookie dough.
To make raw bars toss in the freezer overnight. (Or just keep them in there until your hungry!)
To make baked bars toss them in the oven at 350 for an hour or so.
Here's the fun part. Melt a little of the peanut butter (or you could go with white chocolate if you're feeling decadent) and drizzle it over the top a la cliff bar.
You can make as many variations as you like: use regular pb, add chocolate chips, use banana instead of applesauce, add coco and chocolate chips, or add cinamon and nutmug.
In these economic times I can't always afford cliff, luna, or larabars but my Quaker Oats Energy Bars are definately an acceptable alternative!
With Love and crossed fingers,
Emily
